General T&C's for all Keighley BID competition and prize draws
The promoter is Keighley BID CIC, registered office: Unit 15 Royal Arcade, Low Street, Keighley, BD21 3AQ.
By entering a competition, entrants indicate their acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Verification and Disqualification – Fraudulent entries or abuse of the competition or campaign rules may result in disqualification.
Keighley BID cannot accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible or not received for any reason.
Who can enter – Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Keighley BID CIC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Some competitions may have additional entry criteria.
Modifications – Keighley BID reserves the right to modify the competition structure, timeline or prizes awarded at any time with reasonable notice.
Decision Final – The promoters decision regarding all matters relating to this competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Governing Law – This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes arising from this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Data Protection & Privacy – Personal information provided will be used by Keighley BID CIC only in accordance with our Privacy Policy available here.
Entry requirements – Contact information on the entry form, card or other entry method must be clearly legible and correct to qualify as an entry.
Winner Information – Winner’s names may be published on Keighley BID’s social media channels, newsletter or website for announcement purposes.
Collection of prizes – Keighley BID will not deliver or post prizes. Winners will be notified and given instruction of how to collect their prize.
Winners will be notified by email or using the contact details provided by you. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days due to illegible or incorrectly entered contact details, Keighley BID reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Uncollected prizes may be forfeited.

Entry forms or entries must be returned by the deadline stated in each individual competition.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

How to enter – Submit your entry on Keighley BID’s Christmas Drawing Competition form, by uploading them to the comments of the pinned post on Keighley BID’s Facebook or Instagram page.
Competition entries must be submitted by the 15th December 2025.
Family friendly content only please – any uploads that are not suitable for viewing by children will be disqualified and removed from our social pages.
Who can enter: This competition is open to residents if the UK of all ages. By entering, participants confirm they have permission from a parent or guardian if under 18 years of age.
One entry per person.
Please submit original artwork only, entrants must own all rights to their submitted artwork.
Entries will be judged by the Keighley BID team. Age-appropriate criteria will be applied when assessing entries
Judges decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding judging decisions
By entering, participants grant Keighley BID a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display submitted entries and the artist’s first name on Keighley BID’s website and social media channels for promotional purposes.
Winners will be announced by the 18th December. The winner will be contacted directly through the platform used for entry.
Prize collection – The prize is a Christmas gift. Winners will need to collect their prize by arrangement from Keighley BID’s Office, Unit 15 Royal Arcade, Low Street, Keighley, BD21 3AQ (delivery not available).
Keighley Independents Shopping Voucher Use
Vouchers must be spent before their expiry date (normally 3 months from date of issue).
Vouchers are only valid if displaying the official foil block and a voucher number. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Vouchers can be redeemed at any participating retailer. A full list is available here.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
Vouchers must be submitted upon redemption in store.
Multiple gift vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction.
There is no minimum spend requirement when using vouchers.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
Keighley Independent Retailer
These competition rules apply in addition to the general terms and conditions above for Keighley Independent Retailer Stamp Card Campaign.
Who can enter – This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
How to qualify – Customers must make purchase of £5 or more at three different participating retailers during the promotional period (29th November 2025 to 31st December 2025).
The £5 minimum applied per transaction, not per item purchased.
Each qualifying transaction earns one stamp on the customer’s card.
Stamps must be obtained from three different participating retailers. Multiple purchases at the same retailer will only count as one stamp.
All stamps must be validated at the point of purchase by staff using a retailer stamp and recording the transaction value on the stamp card.
Participating business owners and staff cannot stamp their own cards.
Customers must retain original receipts as proof of purchase, which may be requested for verification purposes.
Keighley BID reserves the right to verify all purchases and entries.
Multiple stamp cards can be entered – each must contain three stamps & transaction value of £5 or more, from three different participating retailers.
Stamp Card Submission – Completed stamp cards must be submitted by 5pm on 10th January 2026.

Draw date and announcement – The prize draw will take place by the 20th January 2026.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
