Keighley BID Manager
Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of Keighley Town Centre? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated BID Manager to join our team at Keighley BID.
Key Details
Position: BID Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible start/finish times)
Location: Keighley Town Centre (office base: Civic Centre, BD21 3RZ)
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum (based on skills and experience)
Contract: Fixed-term to November 2028, extension subject to funding.
What You’ll Do
You will lead on the delivering of the Keighley BID Business Plan to achieve it’s objectives. You will create strong partnerships with local businesses, stakeholders and local attractions to help promote Keighley and make it a safer, cleaner and greener place. You will also lead on exciting projects and events that promote a vibrant town centre.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with businesses and stakeholders.
Leading on the delivery of events and BID projects.
Leading on the communications and marketing strategy and delivery.
Supporting local businesses in resolving challenges and creating opportunities for growth.
We are looking for a very strong communicator and team player who has a positive attitude with the strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem solve.

Business Liaison Officer

Position: Business Liaison Officer
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (flexible start/finish times)
Location: Keighley Town Centre (office base: Civic Centre, BD21 3RZ)
Salary: £25,000 pro rata
Contract: Fixed-term to November 2028, extension subject to funding.
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for BID levy-paying businesses, you’ll foster meaningful connections, support local businesses and contribute to exciting projects that promote a vibrant, clean, and safe town centre.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with businesses and stakeholders.
Assisting in the delivery of events and BID projects.
Updating and maintaining digital platforms like the BID website and social media channels.
Supporting businesses in resolving challenges and creating opportunities for growth.
We are looking for a strong communicator and team player with a can-do attitude with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem solve.
